Arroyo Terminals is a Texas based full service, crude oil purchasing company serving the southernmost Texas market. The company specializes in domestic and cross-border acquisitions of various blends of crude oil. The company’s Rio Hondo facility and dock is located on the Arroyo/Colorado waterway, which gives it the waterway ability for barge transportation access to refineries and pipelines all along the Gulf Coast region.

The company's highly efficient truck rack offloading structure allows for fast and accurate metered delivery of crude oil product into the terminal. This, in conjunction with our friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced field and office staff has enabled us to expand at a very rapid rate.
